Aaron the waiter was great. Made our visit here much better. Staunton and the Texas steakhouse are lucky to have him.
Food was good, my steak was excellent, my wife's was a little tuff, but not enough for her to complain about. Aaron was our server, he was excellent, he was there with a drink refill before I was finished with the 1st glass and checked with us several times to see of we needed anything else.
I used to love Texas Steakhouse but the last 2 times it has been AWFUL!! I just left there...Our waitress was ok but the boneless barbecue wings were over cooked & hard!! I complained to the waitress but a manager never came out or anything!! I won’t be going back anytime soon!!
RecommendedMy Mothers Day lunch was perfect! I had a Bloody Mary and the Ribeye Sandwich it was cooked a perfect medium rare and very flavorful. I will definitely stop there again when traveling through Charleston West Virginia.
We have been eating at Texas house for years! Had loved it till last night! When in for Mother’s Day dinner! Didn’t get the come back later coupon! I understand it was a busy day we got there little after 8. Our order was taken right away drinks brought few rolls that was over cooked! Then 25 minuets later still hadn’t received the potatoes skins no salad two order potatoes soup no soup! Hostess came by and ask if we was going to want more rolls to eat! Bad service idk if it was because mothers day but they really were not that busy . Took forever to get a single refill of tea and a bit of a wait for the check ... was was ok but didnt really seem all that great .
