The waitress was worse then any place I’ve ever been . The food was burnt and set there for 25 min without drinks
RecommendedMy husband and I just ate the limited time grass fed steaks. I had the filet and my husband had the rib-eye. These were the best steaks both in flavor and quality I’ve had in quite a while at a restaurant. I’d say they were much better than Outback. I hope that Texas Steakhouse decides to keep these on the menu permanently. If so, I’ll be a more regular customer. Stopped in tonight since we were staying at the adjacent hotel. Steaks were awful, the Filet Mignon was a dry sirloin obviously cut in a circle. I couldn’t swallow the potato soup. The server was very nice but I could have gotten a better dinner at the gas station across the street and for a whole lot cheaper that $45.
Terrible experience. Food was awful, service was even worse. Will not be eating here again.
Amazing food amazing service every single time !!!! Had an amazing waitress named “Taylor” she was so well mannered not like your typical waiter !!! She definitely has the right personality for her job !!! Will eat here for as long as I live !! Great service, great employees, and great food !!
Have been several times over the years and will not be back after this visit. They gave me a rare steak when I ordered a medium well one and when I told the waitress she never apologized. Then when she brings it back out it is burnt to a crisp! Till no apology!
We came for the first time in a long time and it was horrible! Food was cold, and not cooked correctly. Seemed like the staff needed hearing aids or better listening skills.
Food was mediocre at best. Service and management poor.
