We were eating with y'all right often but not so much anymore, the last time our children's food was under cooked (we have small children so that is dangerous). Plus our waitress made us feel rushed and was not very friendly.
We have always liked the food until the last couple of times. Last time was not great, but this time was just plain bad. Rolls were overcooked, grilled chicken sandwich had no taste, sirloin steak was cooked med rare and still so tough could barely chew it. Not planning to go back anytime soon :(

Went there for my birthday dinner. I ordered the Texas trio skillet, it was ok just a little over cooked. My Granny got a steak and likes it medium well and it was well done. The server and manager stopped and asked if all was ok and we said yes because Granny does not like to complain. I eat there a lot and if you speak up they will gladly make it right.

We love Texas Steak house. But we went tonight. Was very disappointed. They seated us. We sat there. 20. Min. No one came and waited on us. 3 table came in after us was waited on and had there drinks and had ordered food. We had got our coats was ready to get up and walk out. And someone came up as we was putting our coats and ask if they could help us. So we sat down to try. We ordered a onion and my husband ordered the brisket and I just got a baked potato.
