The atmosphere was good and wait staff was good but kitchen was lacking, we ordered at 5:30 and did not get our entree until 7, almost 30 min lapse between salad and entree, if resturant is going to make it, the kitchen will have to get better, food was cool and some plates over cooked.
The steaks were all great. All three steaks were grilled perfect. Service was great! Lindsay was the best.
It was good but not great. The hostess needs to act like the wait for a seat is normal. If you act like it is normal, people will want to see why people are waiting. She acted like it was an inconvenience to wait. If you act like the wait is an inconvenience, people will leave as several did. 3 names were called out that were ahead of us that had left. Me and hubby went for lunch today...awesome food, awesome service and awesome experience! We were greeted at the door by friendly staff and every worker we encountered (from hostess to the owner) was courteous and helpful. And the food..wonderful! I can honestly say that cause we ordered enough for dinner later. We had the appetizer sampler plus grilled shrimp(for me) and a sirloin (which my husband managed to cut with a fork lol). We ate there yesterday. Seated right away but took about 10 minutes before they came and got our drink order. Took another 5 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered our food and mine came out wrong. And worst part of our experience was the flies. No other table had flies but we fought flies the whole time we were there. Not a pleasant experience.
Great place! Great food! Great service!! I had the Bone In ribeye, boyfriend had 1/2 ribs and steak and our 2 yr old had kids tenders and fries. Everything was DELISH!!!! bout the best thing we have in Lexington!!! Finally!! ���� #SatisfiedCustomer
When we got there, the hostess immediately blurts out that there is a 30 minute wait in an abrupt manner almost like she would have preferred we leave instead of welcoming us to the restaurant.
