TSO failed to update my information. I was left with a pending $25 balance that my insurance didn't cover. They failed to contact me on my new number and home address, even after I left that day giving TSO my new info. Instead they proceeded to try and contact me on my old info and after maybe a month they sent that 25 dollar balance to collections. Wow! Greedy jerks. Had my very first eye exam yesterday! Everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Brownlee was great! And Joyce Fields was Fabulous in helping me to pick out frames!! I can't wait to pick up my new glasses!!
I've had to take care of my eyes forever and this is by far the best and for me even the lowest cost .( glasses , contacts and exams with no insurance as I paid the lower I've ever )The exam the most extensive . And the lady went through a hundred pairs of glasses incredibly patiently with me until we found what I'm wearing now . Love them! Great service.
