It was great! I'd recommend it if you have eye care needs! The staff was professional and very courteous. The doctors were excellent and took the time to answer my questions and actually take the time to talk to me without me feeling rushed!
Worst place ever! I brought my own frame in and purchased lenses. My glasses were broken while inserting the lens. I’m told that there is no refund for the lenses and no refund for my frames. I was told that I can pick up the broken frame and send them to the manufacturer for exchange or refund. I DID not break my glasses, they did. Therefore I should NOT be responsible. Not sure how they are the preferred vision provider for Aetna; that needs to change. Honestly, I expected a lot more from the TSO name.
RecommendedMy son scratched me in the eye pretty badly. I walked in to TSO and Dr. Brownlee fixed me up. A quick checkup and prescription eye drops. They are great!
I have been coming here for ever 7 years , wonderful staff and doctors ! Also, one of the most unique eye glasses selection I have ever seen !
They were great friendly courteous got me in and out did a thorough exam was very very nice would recommend anybody to go there and we'll go back again.
Have purchased frames and had glasses made twice here and they have never gotten it right. I would not suggest you get any bifocals or progressives from them at all. Now they want more money to change my progressives to something else because they do not allow me to read in any form of ergonomically correct posture and I can't even find the mid range on them. Not a good experience.
