Things have certainly changed since Dr. Katz left, customer service definitely not what it use to be. Frames have always been expensive but they were unique and different which was why I never mind paying the price. However, customer service goes a long ways and there definitely needs to be some changes. I would go back only for the frame selection but customer service needs a little work.
Just went today got complete eye exam and was about to get glasses from them. They didn’t have my prescription so divided to get my paper and order online glasses. They charged me 140$.When I went home and check what I got I didn’t even get close to ready recipe for glasses . There was no pupil distance( witch is first and basic thing for measure for glasses). I’m optician and I know that for sure. I called back and resection told me I have to pay more for that but I was nev… See more

Very personable doc. Staff is great! David was very helpful with choosing frames.
I trust the doctor with my eyes and the staff with helping me look good. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Can thank TSO Galveston enough. Our 13 year old lost his glasses in the gulf. TSO worked with our hometown eye doc and had my son seeing in a couple hours!! Such a beautiful store with a friendly staff!!
Highly recommend this office! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They worked so well with my 8 year old to make her feel comfortable and even changed the tv station to something she enjoyed while we waited. This is our eye place for sure now!
