Sadly we had some issues with our room. Bugs on the windowsills. Mold all over the freezer. Mold on the porch. I have contacted them multiple times and no one responds other than to say someone will contact you. Last attempt was 6/12 and I was told I should expect contact within 72 hours.

RecommendedWonderful family oriented amenities. Wave pool, children’s slides and play area, closed in more of a thrill tube slide, lazy river, basketball court, playground, surrey bike rentals, adult pool only, mini golf, and good course! THIS PLAY IS AWESOME! We love resorts ❤️❤️❤️
