I filed a format complaint with the BBB, but in sum, they lack customer service and accountability. They installed my system in late July of 2019. I have trying to reach them for over six months to address some panels that are not operational. Finally spoke to someone in late July of this year and supposedly someone would reach out to address the issue. Well, it's mid-September and nothing has improved. Be careful about doing business with this company.
One of their drivers ran right into my truck and they have yet to respond and accept responsibility. I am 6 months pregnant and don’t have any transportation now due to your young wreck less driving employees. So not acceptable you guys need to own up to your mistakes!
My 14Kw system was installed a year ago. Great company ... getting 40% reduction in electricity and also selling back to the grid.
