Really off there game tonight. Called ahead at 4:40 pm. They indicated we should show up at 6:34 checked in at 6:10 and waited until 6:35. Asked how much longer was told should only be 5 maybe 10 minutes. Saw several others that checked in after us seated quicker including one that had no call ahead. Turned pager in and left after waiting an additional 20 minutes. Probable would not have minded so much if some guy that had pet hair all over his coat kept brushing up against my wife and I. We've been there a lot & never had bad service!! This last time we went to celebrate finalizing our adoption & they were so loving & kind! Will always be my favorite steak restaurant ❤ Thank you TXRH
