The entire To-Go process needs overhauled. No options on the website to make special requests (like extra butter, include steak sauce). No options to use a gift card when ordering online. I ordered one dinner at 8:45 & prepaid with a credit card. Said it would be ready at 9:30. (Seems like a really long time to wait, when it's not usually busy this late). It was very busy for our visit..The wait time was what we expected..Our dinner was excellent t-bone and chicken..Very pleased all around and our waitress Brooklyn was amazing.. Knowing what we needed ,very helpful and all around polite ..Made our visit complete..Thanks it ment alot ❤️

Spent almost $100 and the prime rib was tough. Was very disappointed.I’ve always got good food here but this time was awful. I just feel like everything was rushed and they’re not taking the time to make it right.
