Great experience but soap was missing in the bathroom dispenser as were hand towels. Food was excellent for the price and portions are always large.
We had a party of 3 people, wait was supposed to be 30 to 40 min to be seated, wait ended up being an hour after several people were seated before us and they all came in after us. I spoke to hostess after an hour and I'm pretty sure they forgot about us. We then ordered 3 steaks, 2 medium well and 1 medium. All steaks were cooked well done and all steaks were the same size even though one was supposed to be much larger. I ordered a ribeye like normal showed up at the time it said it would be ready. and it took 15 minutes of staring at my food on the Togo shelf before I went and found somebody because the 3 people that were in the Togo room THE ENTIRE TIME didn’t not even think of acknowledging me, to busy on their phones, And showing each other a weed pen they had. This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in the area. The food and service is always top notch. I dont remember ever having a bad experience. Definitely download the app for ahead check in tho. It will tell you your wait time and if its busy or not. Lol.
