They didn't get our food out on time, my grandma and her mom's steak wasn't done right. It was all cold and the bread wasn't worth the wait. They sucked at their jobs and had a new person making the rolls and she took forever as well as the guy lying about why it took so long.
Plenty of inside tables available but we were seated on the too warm patio eating our $80 prime rib dinner overlooking the parking lot. The server was nice and attentive but the unlucky few of us that were seated in purgatory weren't happy with the lack of the usual Texas Roadhouse atmosphere when there were plenty of available seats inside the restaurant.
