Great Food-Bad Music. The food is outstanding, the service is very good, wait times are not too bad (normally I wont' stand in line or wait to eat anywhere, too many other places to eat, but I will wait here), but I don't care for the loud music or the too close together seating. I do love the peanuts. I don't drink, but my Aunt tells me they have good drinks as well.

Best ribs in Longview. We found the Longview TRH to be just like the others. Incredible fall of the bone ribs, mediocre steak and great chicken. The green beans are are awesome. It's a great place for the kids. Our service was good. As long as you know there is usually a wait you won't be disappointed. We typically just call about 30 minutes before we're going to arrive and we've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seated. Don't get the salmon, but everything else we've ordered has been great.

SERVICE is HORRIBLE. Love the chain of Texas Roadhouse, but the service here is horrible. I have had multiple ordeals with the hostess who are cute, but dumb, short-shorts young(HS or college) girls. They can't get the call ahead bit and always screw it up. Go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration. I black listed them about 1 year ago. But I will go eat in other towns.

It's ok.... I like the food OKAY. If I am going to pay for a steak dinner and expect a long wait for my table (and food) I go somewhere else unless I have friends who are set on going here. VERY kid friendly

Do Not Want. DISCLAIMER: I have a personal vendetta against country music. As such, you won't catch me going back here anytime soon. That said, I really don't like TRH, or the clientele they seem to attract. I really get all I need to know when I see the half-dozen jacked up 4x4's parked not in the parking lot, but all over the worn-out grass berm out front. Bunch of freaking idiots. Poor service sat and waited almost 25 mins before a server took my drink order. Steak was way overcooked asked to have it taken back but server never came to take back. Overtly loud party in the bar area poor experiance.

Great!!!. This is my favorite restaurant in Longview. My husband always takes me here when he wants to spoil me. I always order the same thing: 12 oz ribeye w loaded sweet potato & cup of chili.

Without fail TRH will ruin your dining experience! Whether it be horrible inattentive staff, absent managers, long waits to be seated and get your food, cold food that should be hot, or hot food that shoud be cold. I have given this place so many tries but about a year ago I gave up. I refuse to eat here and will warn others away ad well.
