Worst Texas Roadhouse around. I've been to many Texas Roadhouse locations during my travels. And sadly, this is probably the worst one. The food is as expected. What's bad is that the place is constantly packed. The parking lot is too small, and there are always cars and trucks parked on the grass to make room. Inside, it's crowded and noisy. They should open another location.
Not impressed. I think Texas Roadhouse and Applebees are trying to use up the world's salt reserves. Good food does not need to be covered in salt and sauce. I think as a nation we've forgotten what real meat tastes like, due in no small part to places like this.
A favorite. This is always a favorite place to eat in my family. There is always a wait, so calling in a head of time is a great idea. The service is good and the food has never let us down.
Saturday, lunchtime, is a good time to go... Busy but seated right away.. Our waitress, Chelsea, was absolutely the best.. The steak was right on the money...
Good Food just long food wait
Ups and downs. High school kids staff TR. It can be hit or miss on both food and service. I've had decent sirloin for a decent price, but no drink refills and awful or lack of table service. Sometimes the young ones are too busy primping or chatting that they forget that they have a job to do, but then you occasionally have wait staff that does a wonderful job.
Excellent service and food. Had a party of 11 and service was the best. Ask for Hope, she did a great job. Impressive!
Definitely overhyped. I would not want to go there on a date. It's loud, crowded, there is always a wait, and the food is just okay. Last time we went, even my salad was bad. The little bit of lettuce was either brown or just white hard pieces from the core. They just covered it up with cheese and croutons.
Best Steakhouse, food, atmosphere and service in Longview. My fav.
