This usually is my FAVORITE place but your take out is really slacking. I wanted to love it but it was very disappointing. We waited over an hour for our food which would have been fine if it was good but it wasn’t. Our Cesar salad lettuce looked old and felt like rubber. Our steaks were stone cold right when we received them. Our drinks were so watered down like the ice melted and they just sat there for hours. So i did the take out order wanted my steak well done clearly thats not the case i have called the restaurant 10 TIMES no one who works there can be bothered to answer the phone i am highly irritated its funny they tell you to call and cancel your order and whats the point if no one can answer the phone in the first place.
RecommendedRecently I did the to-go option for one of the family packs...first of all you get tons of food and second the service was quick and the order was correct, they come right out to your car, and it’s very convenient
We recently did the takeaway option, ordered online and arrived at the time it said to arrive. Food wasn’t done so we waited another 2 hours until they said it was done. When we got home all the food was very cold.
