Had placed online order for pickup for 5:30. Received text at 3:53 stating order ready for pickup. Had to leave the house while in the middle of making a birthday cake to drive 20 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant only to be told that the order had not even been started and was marked completed in error but they would expedite it.
