Service was good, food good as usual at any Texas Road House we visit. Autumn our server was great.
I will never eat at this establishment ever again! The staff works their butts off to try their best & cant catch a break! I was there yesterday with a party of 9 & had the worst experience ever!!! I didn't really mind the 40 minute wait knowing that I was going to have a delicious meal while enjoying my daughters bridal party after shopping at David's bridal for dresses, unfortunately it did not end until up that way! My favorite place for loaded sweet potatoes, ribeye, rolls, sweet tea, and the best tater skins! I am never disappointed. I've been to other steak places but the Texas Roadhouse is awesome!
I use to like this place but I will not be going back anytime soon. It only took about 15 min to get a table but our waitress was extremely slow. There were 7 of us she only brought enough rolls for four people. No peanuts,and no silverware. It took 40 minutes before she would take our order. Then half of the stuff on the menu they didn't have. No chicken of any type, no hamburgers, no filet, no prime rib. What exactly do they have? Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the long wait time. This place is amazing though. The Steak is melt in your mouth, the atmosphere is so relaxed, and the wait staff is the some of the friendliest I have ever seen.
Today is our son's 6th birthday, he was so excited to go on the saddle for his birthday, unfortunately we were told they didn't do it because it was too busy. He was super upset. The food was great but we were not happy about the experience today. I have a video of him and he wasn't happy �
One of my favorite places go there almost every week I did have a medium well stake that was bloody but they made it right for me
Had a great meal and great waitress. Food came out pipping hot which I am glad!
