The service was great. We were seated immediately. The beverages and food were timed perfectly. We were offered more rolls a few times. It was a very nice evening out. Great job!
Not impressed. Waiting 10 minutes for drinks to arrive after placing our order. We had a male server that was forgetting everything we had asked for. Felt like we bothered him. Prime rib was tough when I asked for medium. Girl that brought us out our food, rolled her eyes when I asked for sour cream for my baked potato and the horseradish for my prime rib that our server yet again forgot. Won't be going back, wish it had been better service for as much as it cost.

Had a hairs in a steak. Manager and waitress were super apologetic and offered new meal, and covered the cost as well. Things happen at all restaurants, but not everyone serves customers well.....Erie’s Texas Roadhouse went above and beyond and were genuine in their response to the issue. Thank you for making experience worth while
We came here for the first time tonight and absolutely LOVED it! Our food was delicious and perfectly cooked. Our waiter, Hunter, was outstanding! He was friendly, courteous, funny and asked multiple times of we needed anything! We will definitely be back again soon!!
