We have eaten here and other Texas Roadhouse restaurants and we have always been very pleased with their service and their food!
First time I have ever eaten there. Waitress was awesome, she was very friendly & smiled the entire time! I had the country fried chicken and was so delicious! The atmosphere was wonderful. Also had a Jamaican Cowboy cocktail which was also very good! Will definitely go there again! ��
That was the best and fastest service I have seen in a long time. Waiter Ian was very pleasant!!
Piss off out of prime rib at 8pm at night. I could see that at maybe 10 but not that early
Everyone is entitled to make mistakes but when you do own up to them, and don’t make excuses. I was served a stake on a plate that had blood on it, I informed the waitress and she had the manager come to my table, I don’t know if she was informed of my issue but her 1st words were, your not happy with your stake. Then when I told her my issue she told me the blood came out of the bone, then ask me if I wanted a different one. Why ask me if I want an exchange if you know there’s no issue?
2x in a week! Service is great but the kitchen needs to follow what the customer wants. We love TRH but we'll drive further just to have the food the way we want.
Our food was very good and our waitress was wonderful!!!
