When we tried to go at 5:30 on Friday, it was so crowded and we walked back out. Since I had errands to do at the mall, I used call ahead from my phone in the car and at first, I couldn't even get through! They told us 30-40 minutes and we were there within 30, immediately given a pager, and were seated within 10 minutes. They were still cleaning off our table but it was evident they're used to keeping everything moving. Normally it would have been a higher rating, but two visits in a row with no prime rib. The first time the excuse was that someone left the oven open. The second time the excuse was the kitchen is being renovated. In my opinion they should at least have a sign or something to indicate that they do not have it available at this time. Edited....I settled for the ribeye. Half of it was gristle. Maybe it's my luck, but it feels like a slap in the face. The good news is the rest of my family's meals were ok.
