The waitress' and whole team are great, very friendly and so happy

Bad server. Food ok. The server forgot everything took him over five minutes to get to my table as soon as I sit down the hostess wanted to talk way too much and the iced tea was almost transparent. The chicken Critters 4 not the best I usually go to the Texas Roadhouse in Monaca PA this one was the Washington location must have just been a bad day at that restaurant.
I went with a party of 12 for my son's birthday and our waitress Tricia was amazing!! We liked our food and everyone was kind. The only thing I ABSOLUTELY hated that made me so mad was the fact that we called the day before to make reservations and some guy who answered said they won't do it a day in advance and to call back an hour before we wanted to come.
