Really great bartender. Responsible. Syerra I believe is how it was spelled. She was dealing with a 4 top that knew the manager and were way beyond being over served (a server had them but they were in her bar area) and a man who had broken ribs and got belligerent at one time with a regular. He calmed down and she handled it like a charm giving the mgr a heads up. I worked for TRH for 6 years... I know policy. Policy doesn't change because ur friends with the mgr. shame on u. Food was great as usual.
We always get great service and the food is always good!
we went as an early dinner and our service was very unprofessional. After beings seated we were greeted by our waitress who took our dinks and asked if we wanted an appetizer. We received our appetizer before we even got our drinks!!! About 15 minutes later we received our drinks and placed the order for our meals. When I received my meal it was burn and un appetizing. Where do I start... as soon as we go there I let the hostess checking us in know it was my daughters birthday. They never sang to her. So when they started cleaning up I got up & went to another server & explained it was my daughters birthday & That I told them when we first came in. Explaining it was a surprise. So our waitress comes over and says I'm sorry no one told me. Did you still want me to sing? Well since you obviously don't want to.. NO! You just ruined it for her completely!!!!! She's 11!!!! Every time we go there the service is excellent. All the staff are very pleasant to you. And the food is delicious. Also like usual the appetizers filled us up and we bought our steaks home. So it's like getting two meals for the price of one. I like that
