Made an order online. Arrived early and was taken care of within a few minutes. The store was overly crowded at 5 pm which is normal. Parking was tough. Staff treated me and others perfectly. Food was brought out and once home it was perfectly prepared.

Not a very good experience at all! We did the call ahead and still waited 35 minutes for a table. Our waiter lady was not very nice. She took our order and we barely had our food, then brings us our check. Then, she disappeared and didn't come back....luckly the manager was close by to take care of our needs/wants. We have been there before ans never had this bad of services.

Service was ok but the constant line dancing of the waitresses and loud Birthday announcements and trying to get everyone involved were quite annoying

Over cooked me and my wife's steak. i wanted rare and she medium rare. it took forever to come out and when they did they were 100% well done and my loaded mashed potatoes weren't loaded. So our server took them away to get us new ones. Well 20 minutes or so later mine finally shows up so under cooked that it was grey in color and borderline raw and probably the fattiest cut of meat I ever saw. 5 minutes after that my wife's finally shows up and still over cooked. Just had supper there last night, the food and staff were wonderful. It was very busy but we didn’t have to wait long at all for our meal. Never had a bad experience there, food is always delicious
