I'm from Australia and we have some pretty good steaks there, but this was awesome. And great service too. Thanks Texas Roadhouse Hanover for a great dinner and ice cold beer.
I ordered my dinner and I had a few bites of my steak then found a hair in my potatoes! I lost my appetite. I was offered a new side. I declined. Manager was told and I got comped for the potatoes I didn't eat!! Umm that is piss poor customer service! I emailed the company after I left and still haven't heard anything. Will not be going backwards anytime soon

Good place. We had call ahead seating and got in really quick, food was good and served quickly, waitress was nice..
It was inconvenient to call in reservations. I called for reservations at 1:30 🕜 for 6:30 🕡 I was told to call back at 5:15. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just take my reservations then when I was calling. I found it rude. It was super busy when we got there. Absolutely no parking available. We had to park farther away. Our server was friendly enough, but we had to ask for water 💦 3 times before it finally came. But the food was good as usual. I had the Dallas steaks 🥩. We had a party of 5. One dinner came out before others and was almost 10 minutes before other 4 dinners arrived. Prime rib was a,little under cooked. Took a while for drink refills, boxes and bag and requested horseradish never arrived. Waitress was pleasant and apologized for delays, etc.
