We have been coming for the last 8 years since we moved to hanover pa. We have Jen Simpson as our server and she is wonderful as always. We enjoy not only coming for the food and drinks but for the wonderful company and service that she provides us when we come in.

We are frequent goers of the York location happened to be in Hanover and stopped for dinner . We never received our appetizer and my wife's shrimp were burnt on one side raw on the other I asked for a medium steak and received a well done steak an service was terrible

My family and I always enjoy eating at Texas Roadhouse, but last evening was exceptionally annoying. I ordered a burger, and when it came, I picked up the ketchup bottle and felt that it was almost empty. I asked the waitress if I could have another bottle, and she said she'd bring one right over, and some more drinks. I would have gotten one from another table myself, but there were no empty tables around us. A few minutes later, we got our refills on drinks, but no ketchup.
