Went there about 2 weeks ago and had food served on a plate with dead flies on it. Server didn’t seem to care to much about it. However the waitress we had apologized numerous times
2 visits in 2 weeks, (latest was last night) and both times my food was sent back, twice, also second time I’ve left without eating a meal. As a business that is supposed to be a place to get a good steak you are seriously failing, I don’t understand how someone can screw up a medium steak..not once, but twice on both occasions. We were given a $50 gift card for Christmas. We presented it tonight with our bill and the waitress brought our check out and it had only taken $10.40 off. We explained that the GC was for $50 and we had a receipt for it. I spoke to the Manager who stated that we had to have used it because only $10.40 was left. We HAD NOT used this gift card before, it was still in the packaging along with two free kids meal tickets that came with it from my in laws for Christmas. We waited an hour to be seated even with call ahead seating. When I asked how much longer the wait would be they realized they never put us on the list. They then said we would have the next table available. A few minutes later I watched another couple get seated before us who had just gotten there. When I questioned it, the hostess said "I don't know she's controlling the seating" and pointed to his coworker. No apologies from any of the FOUR people working at the hostess station.
