Recommendedgreat place for food and entertainment
Good food and good service
Unfortunately my husband's meal came out wrong. It was hard to find our server to correct and it took another 15 minutes to come out. We had our two young kids with us and that's a long time for them to sit and wait. The manager never came over and we still paid full price. It was almost like it was our fault my husband had to sit and watch us eat and then he had to eat alone.

My steak was way too chewy, the rolls didn’t taste like normal Texas Roadhouse rolls. My son’s chicken was dry. I felt like crap after eating there. They knew we needed a high chair and seated us at a table where we can’t have a high chair. So they gave us this chat that my son is strapped in but can still stand up and grab things. Steak wasn’t even good. Definitely not going back! Not the kind of birthday dinner I wanted!
This was a great place when it opened. There has been a steady decline over the past few years though. I believe this to be poor management as I have been to many other Texas Roadhouse Restaurants that are much better/cleaner/friendlier. I will be taking my family to Longhorn Steakhouse in the future. It is a much better experience for the $100-$200 you are throwing down for a decent steak dinner for 5.

So irritated. Ordered take out for 8:20 PM. Arrive at 8:15, now I understand it wont be exact...but i stood there and waited until 8:45 for my food. What was the point of ordering online? When I got there no one greeted me, however there were about 8 people standing at the seating counter. No one acknowledged me at the takeout counter. I will NEVER deal with this again.
