I've gone to this location since it opened up years ago. Never have I had service this bad in my entire life. Not just with Roadhouse. Waitress just didn't care. Nothing came out until it was inquired about. Once the streaks came out, it was obvious the steaks sat for an extended time before being brought out. Plus they were over cooked. Plus the side dishes were cold and wrong. Talked to the manager as soon as the food came out, she didn't seem to care either. Staff was awesome and had great personalities! Waiter mixed up a couple things on the bills but we had a group of 14 on 5 different bills and no one was sitting together by bill so it's understandable.
One of the best run Texas road houses!!! The Manager is amazing!!! Worth a visit.
Our waiter was great food was wonderful. Every time we are in Columbus we eat here.
Everything was fine until i got my steak and it wasnt prepared the way i ordered it and the waiter got an attitude about something im payinv for!
