Extremely unprofessional. Waited over an hour for a table while other people were coming straight in the door and getting seated. 5 hostesses and not one of them had a clue. Finally another lady appeared and seated us at a booth and the children asked US where we were being seated at. REALLY! Server was beyond slow. 15 minutes to get a bottle of beer. Should have gone to the Outback.

Food was delicious! The waiter was very nice but overwhelmed.....it took a long time for him to get to us and he didnt come often. We did see that he was very busy and never had a chance to catch his breath.
I went here last night very nervous due to having a severe gluten allergy. I never go out to eat. Our server Ty was fantastic. She made sure my food was cooked separately and she was incredibly understanding and friendly. Best of all, I had no negative reactions to the food and it tasted great. Only reason I’m only doing 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathrooms needed serious cleaning.
We had dinner there last night and it was extremely crowded. However we realized there were seats at the bar with no waiting so we decided to sit there. Best decision so ever! The bartender was personable, fun and extremely attentive. Our food came and all 4 of us throughly enjoyed our meals. All in all, it was an amazing experience and we will return and often. Thanks Texas Roadhouse for a great experience!
