Manager heard our complaints and did nothing to right side the slow service. We called ahead and still had to wait. Will not be back

Family of 6, never recd their dinner after over an hour. Waitress admitted to forgetting to place our order and we still sat waiting over an hour. My experience in the past is the food is very fast. You would have thought they would have expedited our order. It wasn't until we decided to leave without dinner and approached the manager that he offered us a coupon for dinner for two....poor management. We wont return to this location again.

The best steak around! We like to come to this location because the people are friendly and the service is always great. Several times we have had the same gentleman as a server. Always prompt and courteous service. Plus they have an outdoor dining area which we love!

A/C IS WORKING NOW!!!!!!
Horrible service. My family was seated instantly, nobody came to check on us for 30 mins or take orders. There were waitresses literally going to every table in our area multiple times, and avoiding eye contact with us. As we were leaving I was telling a manager of the horrible experience, and he just walked away when I turned to ask my wife a question! I will not be going back and encourage all to stay away from this place.
We came here tonight and were told the AC wasn’t working , it was 93 degrees out . The front had a fan but the other areas were hot. We asked a couple ladies that were leaving how hot it was, they said it was miserable and the AC has been broke since Mother’s Day. We were looking forward to having our Anniversay dinner here,but it would have been miserable. So we left.
The Air Conditioning unit was not working and I heard it's been broken for at least a month. I put my name on the call ahead arrival time and. When I got there to check in, they checked me in but over looked my name so my family and I waited over an hour to be seated. Then it took another hour for our food to be brought to us after we placed our order.
