AMAZING. Service was spot on and food was out of this world

Was there late evening and was not impressed. Service was great but the food sucked! Steak was mid temp, baked potato was cold, butter didn't even melt. Ribs where burnt and dry. I've been to other roadhouse restaurants and have never had food this bad. There were 7 of us and two didn't even eat. So it's not like the place was busy.
The waitresses where great food was good The thing is we had 11 and they don't have seating for large numbers so We had to sit in 2 separate booths and 1in the aisle
I had a blast there for my birthday, Good food, a lot of fun and great service

The server was excellent- Kellee- however I ordered pulled pork and waited and then Manager comes up and states they are out of it- he substituted ribs at same cost BUT you should NEVER run out of a long time menu item- NEVER!!
