We were just there for New Year's Eve for dinner just my husband & me. Sat at the bar & everything seemed to be ok...took a while to get our main meal after the salad. Others sitting there were asking about getting their food...well it went down hill... we seen at least 2 cancel their orders & left...one couple's food was cold & she wouldnt reorder...the guy next to me had his steak cooked wrong..We got our food, ate it & left.....we have decided not to go to this one in Canton ...Alliance seems to be better
The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. We always had another full glass before the previous was finished. Our awesome waiter, George, always checked on us to make sure we were well taken care of. Thanks for the great experience.
Did an online $55 order tonight. Pick-up was 5:25 but it wasn't ready. Waited 40 minutes to get the order! Not only was the order not complete but most of the food had clearly been sitting for a while. Not even a sorry at the restaurant. My husband picked it up had it been me I would have left.
Waitress was awesome. Hostess told us 30-40 minutes. Wait was one hour and 25 minutes.
4 in our party.... busy night.... one steak came out rare when ordered medium well.... they comped that bill! Good customer service
The place was jumping with excitement. Some line dancing along with friendly service and good food made it very enjoyable.

Steak was so fatty is what's like eating already chewed gum! Kabobs barely had any veggies..1 slice of mushroom ..and meat was sauced so heavy u couldn't even taste the meat. This has happened handful of times that I've been there. Every time it's poor quality food being served!! Alliance Texas Roadhouse 100 times better been goin there for 15yrs!!
