Horrible service at the Roadhouse in Canton! Even worse management!! If you have a problem, the manager will come over to your table... but it's obvious they don't care about your experience in the restaurant. So different from the wonderful service and management at the Texas roadhouse in alliance. You would think that a restaurant in the Beldon Village area would try to give better guest experiences because there are so many other choices in the area. Very good. We like the fun atmosphere at Texas Roadhouse. And, the food is very good. What is not so good at the Texas Roadhouse on Dressler Road is the small parking lot...oh well, not much can be done about that... And, we do NOT like the "call ahead" crapola - we would prefer the restaurant either take reservations or not take reservations....they should charge extra for call ahead (if they don't already) - just like waiting in line for the Raptor at Cedar Point!!!! Our Server was Excellent!!!
Our waitress was really good I couldn't eat the rolls fast enough because she brought them fast and I also couldn't brink my pibb xtra fast enough either lol I love this place thank y'all so much for great service keep up the great work

The service was ok but the food was terrible! Food came out cold! Sent it back and the baked potato still couldn't melt the butter! Fried pickles, mashed potatoes, cold as well. Pulled pork was dry and black! Rolls were hard and very little butter. Manager did absolutely nothing!!!! I will stay with the roadhouse in alliance and stow!
