Was here this evening with family, the food & service was great. Though the waiting time was ridiculous, we called ahead & had to wait 2 hours. Then l as l went on the website l saw the place opens at 11 am on Saturday’s when on Saturday’s this place opens at 4. Will probably not come here again, which is too bad because the food is awesome.

food was not prepared liked it was ordered. Slow service.
experience there and usually always on point. tonight wasnt so good. cold wings and got charged for loaded tater but weren't loaded at all. but usually it's always awesome tho.
Everything was awesome... it always is... The Lima location is he best around, the kitchen staff is hilarious, and the wait staff are professionals ❤️

My steak was fine , the wife thought that hers was wrong it looked small, the waitress said it was right, but it still looked small we both got the same steak. and it did look smaller than mine. she was not happy about it. She feels like we got cheated. one steak correct, and one wrong not what we ordered. This the second time we have had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse , the first time , we ordered our food , and when we got it she took a bite of her mashed potatoes and there was a piece of glass in it that she bit down... read more
