Very disappointed with the food and service. My blooming onion was soaked in oil. It looked like it was refried 3 times and my ribeye was raw when asked medium. When me and my husband took our table The server took 15 min to come to my table . I don’t know how this kitchen runs but definitely the manager needs to check what’s going on there.
Ordered takeout..... asked for extra rolls and they gave us NONE! Pathetic service

we came for a bday celebration we got slow n poor service then when we did order our food they came back n said the fried food couldn't order because the flyer was down alot ppl wanted shrimps n chicken tenders plus the ones who orders did come thru the food took so long to come out we just cancel our food order much as I go to Texas roundhouse never experience that before was very disappointed wait from 7:30 til round after nine all I had to eat was bread that was so sad
RecommendedRachael was our sever, she was the best. 10/10 for her, food was great too. We celebrated a birthday 🥳 so she made it very low key special. We will be back for sure
