Worst experience EVER! Had a party of 8, had to send food back numerous times for all but 2 meals. Still expected to pay full price after being told there would be discounted ticket. I will NEVER come back here. Manager Amy had zero compassion and more defensive over crew. Over 2 hr and still cold food...
This place has the best steaks in town, they are cooked just right. If you want your steak medium then you truly get your steak medium. I know some places either overcook or undercook the order but not this place. The service is excellent also, my server's name was Morgan. The mash potatoes and green beans are awesome.
If you like unintelligent, unprofessional management and food poisoning this is the place!
We came to celebrate my friends birthday and waited over two hours while the rest of the party ate and then our food came out cold and nobody even said the words I'm sorry. This is a horrible experience

We love going to Texas Roadhouse. The bread is sweet and yeasty, the steak is always tasty and well-prepared. The staff is always friendly and professional. Yum!
Wanted to have my birthday dinner there on the 5th. Called ahead let them know a party of 25 were coming btwn 6 and 6:20. They said they could accommodate all of us. We arrived on time then had to wait nearly 90 minutes and still didn't get seated. So I went next door to Chili's and asked them if they could accommodate 20-25 people.
