When going to a roadhouse you would expect a steak to be cooked the way you request. However, the cooks at roadhouse do not know how to cook a steak medium, or they have never for me. I have requested medium the last couple of times I dined; however, I keep getting well done. I would not go back; however, the chicken eaters seem to be pleased. To be social I attend with these. On the positive side the staff and sides are always great!
Terrible food, ribs burnt, try to cover it with too much sauce, sides were cold. Never got a refill on drinks. Waitress never come to check on us. Music to loud. Employees were loud. Bathroom was nasty. Toilet looked like it overflowed and nobody bothered to clean it or close the bathroom, just gross!! Will not be back!!!
I fell on a wet spot on the concrete floor. They acted all concerned. I had to go to the ER to get my head stapled. The dress I had on was ruined they took my name and number but no one has even called to check I think they should pay at least my hospital bill and replace my dress.
Love there steaks and great prices!The service awesome too! They really go out of there way to make your visit a pleasant one!
Really delicious food and excellent service! They rolled out the Red Carpet for Veterans and Military folks. We had a delicious lunch...James had steak and I had a grilled chicken salad. We had a wonderful, sweet waitress, Morgan, who made us feel so special. Thank You to the Texas Roadhouse and their friendly staff for their kindness!

Had the worst service at the Chili's location next door. At Chili's we were seated in the bar area and "our" waitress finally came over, in a rush, to take our drink order. After taking our drink order she interrupted my husband as he was attempting to give her our appetizer order. Once she took our order she proceeded to wait on three other tables and still had not served us our drinks. At that point we left and found awesome service at Texas Roadhouse next door, where service is always exceptional.
Great food, fast and friendly service... We will definitely be back!!!
