I love their steaks with shrooms n onions added on! Their green beans are delicious� �
Our family ate a late lunch out Christmas shopping. 4 of us ordered steak well done. 2 times it was sent back. Blood running out of the steaks. Then my son's steak came back out with part of the steak missing. The other 3 family members ordered the chicken critters. They were cooked so long that the chicken was hard. Normally it is always good but not this time. But our waitress was super. She went above & beyond. Also the floor was so slick you had to be very careful or you would slip & fall.
Customer Service was the absolute worst! When asked for a manager she did not solve the problem but was rude and very unprofessional. The group that I was with asked that the tables be wiped down because they were dirty and food to be swept from under the table and they refused. The "so called" manager stated that it was peanuts and they don't sweep up peanuts until the end of the night.
