Yeah. We went in there Friday night. My wife went to the restroom to wash her hands before supper and one of the waitresses walked out of the stall straight out on to the floor, picked up a stack of those bread plates and started setting every open table. Mmmmm Texas Roadhouse.
GREAT FOOD.....stop running out of stuff on Sundays. ...
This place is awful first off they brought our food before our appetizer and then either one of our steaks were cooked right worst meal i had in a while
Got a lot of excuses and a raw steak in the 40 minutes we waited for food --won't ever go back there again. Never had a problem at Roadhouse in other states.
Don't take a large group here. We have been waiting for 3 hours while they continually seat groups of 4 and 5 while pushing us back in line. Worst service that I have ever had anywhere!!!!!
My husband and i was not greeted. The hostesses saw us come in but did not acknowledge us yet instead kept on with their conversation. Our server was great. As we sat there waiting on our food, i couldn't help but notice that everyone else who walked through the door was quickly seated with the upmost hospitality which only made us beg to wonder if it was because of our race. One of my favorite places to eat! The ribeye is the best!!
When you have a large party, they can not help you sit together they want you separate. Food is good and service is ok, slower then other restaurants.
Texas Roadhouse is a restaurant that you either love or hate. The best time to get the best service is on weekday mornings. How do I know this? I used to work for the Cumming, GA location. Gainesville is definitely more focused on customer satisfaction. Caitlyn, the bartender, waited on me and made sure I had a fresh glass of Coke on the table every 5 minutes or so.
