Wow, the wait is forever. I did think about the wait before taking my family here. I knew they did call a head seating, so I thought perfect. Nope, you can only call ahead for a max of 7 people. Sooo it's been my experience that smaller parties get seated sooner anyways, so why exclude bigger parties from using call ahead seating? Then we were asked if we wanted to split up. Well, no that defeats the purpose of eating as a family.
A 20 min wait for 3. A 25 min wait for food. Specified that I wanted my burger cooked well.. it was completely raw. My daughter's kid's meal was a chicken tender cut into pieces and six fries. The waitress acted as if she hated her job, she kept saying she was "sorry" and that "this place is bad".. It was an all around horrible experience.
We always eat at Texas Roadhouse it's the only place I will eat a steak from and the prices are always reasonable. We love the service and the food we went last night and we didn't know Tuesday night was kids night and my grandson had a ball and when it comes to giving somebody a gift I'll go get them a gift card from Texas Roadhouse.

Be sure to get a waitress named Brianna Sampson. hands down she was awesome one of the best we've ever had while visiting Texas Roadhouse.
All of our food was delicious tonight. Steaks were cooked perfectly, rattlesnake bites, seasoned rice, potatoes, and salads were on point. Service was good for it to be as busy as it was. Only waited fifteen minutes for a table.
We had a girls night out, it was a packed house for a Saturday, but it was fine. Service was good and the food was great.
We called ahead and was seated approx. 15 minutes later. It seems we end up sitting by the bathrooms every time we go there? So that's old but, ok. Our server and food was very good. No complaints there however, please stop the staff from chewing gum while working. One of the guys cleaning the table was in our area, he seemed to be watching for us to finish so he could clear our table. We love the steaks, the service and the atmosphere. Best ribeye there is! And the balloon man was a great added bonus🎈
