One of your employees stole my phone. That was my first time there
My wife and I wad a good dinner at the Roadhouse. Our server Robby was the kind of server you want. He made us feel welcome, didn't hover , jet was there before you needed him.Food was tasty and I thank Robby for the fine service and warm hospitality.

We eat here once a month. And the last 2 time were not so good but tonight did it in. We waited over an hour after we ordered are food for a dry stake and ribs that my kid could cook better. Manager would not talk to me he waited till I got up to go to the bathroom to come to are table. Then when we left one of the bus boys jumped in front of my fiance, and did not even say excuse me. Been there several times as well as other Texas Roadhouse restaurants. By far this trip to Matthews Texas Roadhouse was the best. The 16 ounce ribeye was cooked to perfection and the wait staff done an excellent job taking care of us.
We had a party of 13 we arrived at 630 we waited till 9 to realized we were not getting a table we spoke to the manager and all she can say was sorry that we need wait, they are trying to get us seated, really wait how long more one thing I know is that I won't return ever....after the longest wait we just walked out of the establishment...
We go every weekend and the food and service is excellent. We always enjoy our visit. The staffs shirts say, "I love my job " and it is apparent they do. This place does it right.

One of the best chain steak restaurants around. This location is even better then most.
Salty. Some of us would like to taste the food and not sodium chloride. My steak was very fatty as well. I appreciate good marbling in a steak. But 4 oz of a 16 oz steak is ridiculous. Good service though.
