Very kind people food was amazing drinks where on point
It was my first time there and definitely not my last. servers were great. And the food was delicious, the sangria margarita is the bomb can't wait to go back again.
Visited Texas Road House, was seated immediate as we entered the restaurant. The server was polite but obviously distracted and did not pay attention to details: we received our martinis without the extra shot of alcohol, the drink then had to be taken back to the bar to compete the mixture. I believe the server apologize and said that the bar was busy and backed up, but the restaurant had no crowd. Went on Sunday with my children got seated relatively fast server came immediately gave me a "few minutes" to look over menu and that's the last I saw of her for about 15 min...finally ordered and after waitin again got our food which was a steak well done instead of medium well ..when I mentioned it got told told it looked fine to her... second time of gone here and gotten my steak cooked wrong the buttered corn had a ridiculous amount of pepper in it. We went for my son's 11th birthday. We used call ahead seating and didn't wait long, even on a packed Saturday night! The waitress was friendly, the food was great, and they're very accommodating to my food allergies. My only complaint with this is place is that it's always so loud you can't hear yourself think! The music is fine just blaringly loud and everyone tries so hard to talk over it that it's virtually unbearable. It's a little expensive for us, so we can't come as often as we'd like.
