My husband and I went to have lunch at Texas Roadhouse yesterday for Veteran's Day. The men and women from Sun Valley High School, ROTC were so polite and thankful for the Veteran's service. We eat here often and as usual, the food and service was amazing. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for honoring the Veterans. My hat is off to you. You did an outstanding job!! We find the steaks better at Texas Roadhouse than at Ruth Chris!
The food is awesome the service was pretty good I don't know if they were short staffed or what our waitress was serving us and a big party the cook was bringing us our food would definitely go back
The food was amazing, the ribs was fall off the bone like they said, and the rolls are to die for
The hostess who seated me was warm and friendly and my server was very friendly and patient while I made my decision on my food choices. The food came quick however, it was mediocre in the flavor department. The fried pickles were awesome, the roasted barbeque chicken was not great and the green beans tasted like too much liquid smoke was in them. Overall the service was wonderful, the food could use a lot of improvement.
My family typically eats here at least once every 2 months or so and this was probably my least favorite experience. We were seated quickly which was good (we have a toddler and waiting around is never fun)! Ordered the fried pickles and they were fine, the rolls seemed a little undercooked, they weren't as fluffy as they usually are. My husband and I both ordered salads which had a lot of iceberg lettuce that was turning brown so we both just had a few bites. We ordered a medium ribeye &it was over cooked. The owner came to the table & got my mother and I another one. The customer service was on point & the food was excellent!!!
