I know this is a chain but what we were served this Sunday was a poor excuse for a meal. This chain needs some serious changes.
went yesterday to celebrate to celbrate fathers day a week early and had an extremely bad experience. the water had to be asked three times for water and twice for to go boxes. he only checked on us once after the food came out and the food did not come right twice for one of the meals. my filet came out rare when i ordered it medium towards med rare and then the second time it came back out it looked like they just put a grill plate on top of it to try and get it cooked and was still undercooked. i will probably not be back

Always a great place to eat ..we have never been dissatisfied. Whichever location we go it is always great food ..we love the 6oz sirloin. Cooked to perfection
It's the best place in my opinion to get a steak. They are absolutely awesome. The wait is well overly worth the wait. The kitchen manager is cool and always professional. We love it.
Our server Tim was very friendly and chatty, plus our food was really good. The marketing rep. Meghan is awesome - taking care of teachers in the area for Teacher of the Month. It was a good night!
