We used to come in weekly but the service and the food has steadily gone downhill the past year. Had to send food back twice in the last month. We were seated at a dirty table, in which we were moved after mentioning it but then watched the same waitress seat someone else there without cleaning it. My husband who NEVER sends food back had a roadkill hamburger steak that was pieced together then smothered in cheese. It looked horrible and he didnt eat it. We've been to several Texas Roadhouse locations and they're all great our server Linda did a great job she always check up on us she even gave me extra green beans eventhough I already had Caesar Salad 🥗 for the side by the way you only get two, our steaks are grilled to perfection medium rare it melts in your mouth. We will go back to this location!

Very good salmon and service...AND they managed to embarrass my friend whose birthday we were celebrating, even though she wouldn't sit on the saddle!!
Well. We got there and had to flag down our server. Waited 30 min plus for food. Left a $20 on the table and finally left. Poor service. And nothing like seeing the wait staff have an all out in your face 'no he didnt' kind of finger wagging head bobble argument in front of the whole restaurant. Place is getting sketchy. Should have went to Mac's ......
We went yesterday for dinner. They section that they sat us at was very hot and stuffy. The salad was not very fresh but everything else was ok. We had to get out of there fairly quickly because it was so uncomfortable.

We called ahead for a party of 16 and was told 745pm, we were still waiting for a table at 845pm....while eating with our group another group came in and the parents yelled at our teenage children for talking to the children with their party....very rude...we complained to management with no resolution. .terrible experience
There was 11 in are birthday party for my mom they wouldn't seat us untill everyone was there well everyone one that came have disabilities how rude is that really we love the food but really we won't go back this really makes me � mad
