Texas Roadhouse is my favorite Steakhouse. Food was delicious as usual. We were seated Promptly.
Normally this location is awesome, today was very disappointing! We got seated at a table where cold air was blowing on us, literally blowing on the table so that the paper from the biscuits was flapping back and 4th period we S the waitress to × 2 find out if they could do something and both times she said she made the manager aware but nothing was ever done. customer appreciation envelopes are not opened in front of you. The waitress takes them and brings back coupons for free appetizers. Just doesn't seem legit to me. We had 2 envelopes and both were not opened in front of us... Seems a little like a scam. If there were a 200$ best buy card ticket in there, youd never know it. waitress comes around once every 20 minutes and it take 3 of those trips before she remembers what u asked for. 🤦♀️
We had the most Amazing Server tonight her name was Emilly she was on point with her Service
