DO NOT GO HERE FOR PICK UP! Ordered online, paid online. Will never do it again. Last time I came here, half my order was wrong, and this time my food was supposed to be ready at 7:15. I’m writing this post (while STILL sitting in my #5 spot) at 7:52. As I waited for 25 minutes after my food was to be ready, I called the store. RecommendedJust finished take away 8 oz fillet! As usual the Madison Heights kitchen staff got 10 out of 10 with 2 thumbs up 👍👍! To quote my bride "this was the most tender steak I have ever had"! True to my word I will keep ordering and dining at this great place until they serve me a bad meal and I have been saying this for 10 years!! All the best to all who work at this fantastic place!!

This Texas roadhouse location has an employee by the name of Korey sholts, who takes random girls phone numbers off Facebook and pretends to be a woman, sending co workers face pictures sending nude photos of god knows who to try and get them to send nude photos thinking he is a woman. this is a violation to all women, I am pressing charges, and if this is the kind of people you employ I will never step foot in this establishment. Sad to think this disgusting pervert works with women and still does this.
Very disappointed in the service at this location. I've been here several times and I'm lucky to even get an order in. They never answered the phone. Dont waste your time - go to another location!
Safety precautions were excellent! Steak and ribs excellent. Broccoli was way undercooked on both meals and the loaded bake potato was not loaded at all.
