I just want to say this place was AMAZING the other night! The only thing I'll knock is the wait due to them allowing people to call in ahead to book a booth... Stupid! Unless it's an event or large party I understand! Food is always SO good though and our service was the best I've seen! Not only was our server great but every employee who walked past lent a hand! Never going back to this location... There is zero customer service. The 16 yr olds at the catering counter are extremely rude. Every Time my family has called for an order the wait time is doubled then what say they it is. I've had my order wrong twice and it was hell going through the process to getting the ride item I ordered in the first place. Texas Roadhouse is my favorite place to eat. However, this location has been subpar. Bad, sloppy service. Food is ok here, most of the time. We opt for other locations :(
