I go to this restaurant many times with my family. I always order the steak rare. It is just how I like my steak. This particular night the waitress informed me that they were out of rare steak. My first question how? My next thought do they precook it. In which case, ewww. The steak I received was not good because I like my steak a certain way. If the menu offers it then the customers have a right to order it that way. Very disappointed in this restaurant and probably will not go back.
I have never been disappointed....they always please. Even though it is a popular eatery, wait time has been no more than 20 minutes.
