I arrived for my pick up order & waited in line 5 mins & was frustrated because they only had 1 pick up person while 3 people stood at the hostess stand helping no one. When it was my turn for pick up he asked my name & then answered the phone & began taking someone else’s order which took another 3-5 minutes while I continued to wait. I asked for a manager who simply said that he was the only person trained for pick up orders. Very very poor customer service.
The waitress was very friendly and had a great disposition! We tipped her well!
